The Tru-Scapes 4.5" Composite LED Post Cap Light is Tru-Scapes' most popular deck lighting option, replacing a standard cap on a Trex Transcend deck post with a 360-degree halo lighting effect. Important compatibility note: this fixture is designed to fit only a 4.5" x 4.5" Trex Transcend post sleeve — it will not fit any other post on the market, so confirm your post type before ordering.
The light installs either through a standard hardware connection or by using the Trex LightHub Plug N Play system, giving flexibility for both new installs and retrofits onto an existing Trex lighting setup. Built from AES UV-rated plastic, the fixture draws 3 watts and outputs 27 lumens in a warm 2700K color temperature. It operates on a 9V-15V AC/DC voltage range and requires a 12V low-voltage transformer (sold separately), connecting via a 32" lead wire (18AWG, SPT-1W waterproof). Available in Black, Brown, and White.
