What To Expect

Please note:We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.

For Small Boxed Items:

We offer a 1-2 day turnaround for small boxed items and a tracking number will be provided to keep you updated on the status of your delivery.

For LTL Freight (Common Carrier) Items:

We use LTL freight for safe and efficient delivery of large items and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive to your nearest freight terminal. Your order will be scheduled for delivery, and it's important to note that for freight deliveries, a homeowner needs to be on hand to unload the product. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free delivery process. Rest assured, we're here to make the process as convenient as possible for you.

  1. Order Packed and Shipped, Watch for Our Email:
Once our team has meticulously packed your order onto a pallet for safe shipment, we're on the move. You can expect an email notification as your order leaves our facility, keeping you in the loop right from the start.

  2. Coordinate Your Delivery Time:
We understand the importance of your project, so we aim to schedule deliveries at your convenience. The shipping company will get in touch with you to arrange a suitable delivery time, and the delivery truck will meet you at your designated location.

  3. Receive Your Shipment:
At the agreed-upon time, the delivery truck will arrive at your specified location. You will have a 30-minute window to inspect and unload your items. If anything is damaged or missing, please indicate it on the delivery receipt and contact us at (855) 603-3325.

Important Note: Freight carriers will deliver to the curb or first accessible point on your property. Unloading assistance is not included. Additionally, any debris (including pallets) resulting from the delivery will be the homeowner's responsibility to manage and dispose of.
