Please note:We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.
For Small Boxed Items:
We offer a 1-2 day turnaround for small boxed items and a tracking number will be provided to keep you updated on the status of your delivery.
For LTL Freight (Common Carrier) Items:
We use LTL freight for safe and efficient delivery of large items. These shipments can take up to 2 weeks to arrive at your nearest freight terminal. Once your order is scheduled, please be aware that a homeowner must be present to unload the product. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free delivery process—and we’re here to help make it as convenient as possible for you.

Order Packed and Shipped, Watch for Our Email:
Once our team has meticulously packed your order onto a pallet for safe shipment, we're on the move. You can expect an email notification as your order leaves our facility, keeping you in the loop right from the start.

Coordinate Your Delivery Time:
We understand the importance of your project, so we aim to schedule deliveries at your convenience. The shipping company will get in touch with you to arrange a suitable delivery time, and the delivery truck will meet you at your designated location.

Receive Your Shipment:
At delivery, you will have 30 minutes to inspect and unload your items. If anything appears damaged or is missing, please make a note on the delivery receipt and contact us at (855) 603-3325.
Important Note:
- Freight carriers will deliver to the curb or first accessible point on your property.
- Unloading assistance and debris removal are the homeowner’s responsibility.
- Freight must be accepted with a signature, even if there is damage or an error. Do not refuse the shipment.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If you suspect a store error, accept the shipment and contact our support team to begin the return process.
