The TimberTech 4" Standard Post Skirt slides over the base of a 4x4 TimberTech post sleeve to complete the post assembly, covering the raw base of the sleeve for a clean, finished look where the post meets the deck. It's a complementary accessory to TimberTech's RadianceRail Express and Classic Composite Series railing systems, designed to be mixed and matched with post caps and other railing accessories for a coordinated overall look.
Made from a mix of high-performance polymers and recycled wood fibers, the skirt resists cracking, splitting, and splintering, and never requires sanding, staining, or sealing over its service life. It's protected against mold, mildew, and rot, holding up in wet or humid climates without the maintenance a wood post base would demand. The skirt measures 5.42" x 5.42" x 1.5" overall, sized to fit a 4" x 4" TimberTech post sleeve — always confirm your post sleeve's actual size, since TimberTech also offers 5" and 5.5" post skirt options for larger posts. Backed by a 25-year limited warranty and covered under TimberTech's ESR-1481 and CCRR-0222 code reports.
