The Starborn Pro Plug System for Fiberon Paramount Decking provides a secure, top-down fastening method that hides every screw beneath a color-matched plug cut from actual Paramount PVC board material. Once installed, the plug blends seamlessly into the surface for a clean, professional deck with no visible hardware, available in Paramount's Brownstone and Sandstone colors.
Due to the density of Fiberon's PVC decking, boards require a pre-drilled pilot hole prior to screw and plug installation. The system's PVC/Composite Tool then drives the #10 x 2-3/4" epoxy-coated screw to the correct depth without stripping the recess or damaging the board surface, creating a perfectly sized hole for the matching plug. Screws feature a star drive with an extra-deep recess to reduce cam-out and are ACQ approved. Use an 18V or higher standard drill with the Pro Plug PVC Tool and Smart Bit Depth Setter — impact drivers are not recommended. Available in kits containing 100, 350, or 1,050 pieces (screws, plugs, and tool included depending on size), or as plugs-only packs for those supplying their own screws. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
