The Starborn Pro Plug System for Fiberon Fascia delivers a seamless, fastener-free finish on Fiberon composite fascia boards, pairing epoxy-coated steel screws with color-matched plugs cut from the same Fiberon fascia material. Once installed, the plug blends into the board so completely that the fastener disappears from the visible surface.
Installation is straightforward: pre-drill with the Fascia Plug Tool (sold separately) to create the oversized, expansion-friendly hole the system requires, face-fasten the board with the included #10 x 1-7/8" epoxy-coated screw and PVC/Composite Tool, then tap the matching plug into place. A Type 17 auger tip helps the screw insert quickly while reducing splitting risk, and the pan head, T-20 star drive design pairs with the Fascia Bit for a precise, consistent depth every time. This kit is approved for use with Fiberon Concordia Symmetry and Concordia Horizon fascia boards, and covers approximately 50 linear feet based on 16" on-center framing. A 305 stainless steel version of this same kit is also available for coastal or high-corrosion environments. Fascia Plug Tool and PVC/Composite Tool sold separately.
