Product Description

+

CAMO Structural Multipurpose Flat Head Screws are engineered to replace traditional lag screws and through-bolts on deck blocking, posts, beams, railings, and general construction projects, both interior and exterior. A flat head design seats flush for a clean finish, while a sharp Type 17 slash point starts fast with no pre-drilling required — the slashes near the tip help reduce splitting as the screw drives into multi-ply or dimensional lumber connections.

A straight knurl above the thread reduces driving torque for smoother, faster installation, and underhead nibs help countersink the screw properly as it seats. Available in two shank sizes — 1/4" (T-30 star drive) and 5/16" (T-40 star drive) — across a wide range of lengths from 2-7/8" up to 10", giving builders the right screw length for header connections, multi-ply beams, ledger boards, and general framing. All sizes are coated with CAMO's proprietary PROTECH Ultra 4 four-layer coating system for superior corrosion resistance, and are third-party tested and certified IRC/IBC code-compliant. Sold in 10, 50, and 250-count packs (500-count also available for 1/4" screws), with a compatible driver bit included in every pack.
