The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotion partners are not eligible to participate.

The Giveaway begins on July 10th, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on July 24th, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Giveaway Period").
Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be considered.

Approximate prize package:
Prize details and approximate retail values will be published on the Giveaway landing page.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
If required by law, winners may receive an IRS Form 1099.
Potential winners will be contacted using the information provided during entry.
If a selected winner:
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, likeness, submitted photos or videos, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
By submitting an entry, entrants represent that they own or have permission to submit the content.
Entrants grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from submitted content for promotional, advertising, marketing, and business purposes across all media now known or later developed.
Entrants retain ownership of their original content.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
By entering, participants agree to receive communications from Sponsor. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By participating, entrants completely release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to this Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor's interpretation of these Official Rules shall be final.
This Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from the Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
