FAQs

Yes. For arched openings, use SCREENEZE FLATBAR. Unlike the standard frame, FLATBAR is flexible (no 90º angle) and bends to fit curves. Installation is the same as traditional SCREENEZE, but we recommend attaching the bottom piece first. FLATBAR comes in 8' lengths and is available in all four colors.

Plan for about 4 inches of excess screen. You may not always need that much, but it’s a safe amount for your first installation and helps when estimating material.

Use a mild soapy solution with gentle cleaning. Avoid hard scrubbing and always rinse well. Do not use a power washer, as it can damage the fabric.

You can install SCREENEZE by mitering the corners or by making straight cuts. If you choose straight cuts, use a Plinth Kit.

  • Flush Mount Plinth Kit are best for flush applications.
  • Corner Mount Plinth Kit are best for corner applications.

All three are part of the SCREENEZE® line, but each is designed for different applications:

  • The Screen Frame System is the original rigid frame, ideal for standard square or rectangular openings.
  • The Flatbar Arch System is a flexible version made for arches and curved openings. Installs the same way as the standard frame.
  • Unlike the traditional frame, Snaptrack System mounts to the face of your post or column. The aluminum base has a “T” shape, and the screws are hidden beneath a vinyl cap for a clean, finished look.
